  • Hans-Joachim Hahn is a keynote- and event speaker in German and English at companies, congresses and adult-education events.
  • With his lectures: “Values give leadership competence”, “Stronger values – stronger people – stronger companies”, “Values shape the future”, he tackles pressing issues in the current crisis of values and provides practical help for finding one’s own values and positioning.
  • As a stage interpreter he has accompanied many internationally renowned speakers for many years.
  • As a networker, he has inspired decision-makers and leaders in the fields of education and business to take joint initiatives.

  • Married to Dorothee since 1982; they have 2 adult children

  • Studied English language and literature, and sports science to be a teacher at grammar schools; his written exam titled: “The Quest for Human Identity in Modern English Drama”. During his studies he was active as a Christian youth leader; he also did extensive bicycle tours through Europe.

  • Since 1974 full-time work in adult education in the non-profit sector; primarily with students

  • National Director of Campus für Christus, Germany (1984-89) and coordinator of their student work in Western Europe (1989-96).

  • Freelance interpreter in business and adult education

  • Since 1991 speaker and PR-assistant of the Studiengesellschaft für internationale Analysen (STUDIA, Schlierbach, Austria); student of the founder Prof. Dr. Johann Millendorfer

  • Since 1996 initiator and coordinator of the Professors’ Forum. The academic network fosters interdisciplinary exchange about world views, values, faith and science and offers a platform for respectful and tolerant handling of controversial positions in the mutual search for the truth

  • From 1996 to 2006 he built and lead sales teams for several international companies

  • Since 2005 he teaches ” Ethics of Economics” at various universities and colleges in German and English.
